Course aims:

identify the forms, types, and structures of communication
explain the process and mechanisms of communication
describe the specifics of interpersonal and group communication, written and oral communication, and the mechanisms of social influence
illustrate descriptions and explanations with appropriate examples
convey information in an intelligible and accurate manner, both in form and content
adapt their communicative register to the interlocutor and the context
