Course aims:

-capacity to write and complete the cadastral plans and the calculation of the size of the surfaces by different methods
- knowledge of the definition, purpose and object of the cadastre;
- knowledge of the selection of equipment for carrying out cadastral works in the field and software for processing the measurements carried out;
- the knowledge of the stages of preparation of a cadastral work both in the field phase and in the office phase;

1. The notion of cadastre. 2. Definition, characteristics, role, purpose and importance of the cadastre. 3. Cadastre classification. 4. Calculations specific to the cadastral activity. 5. Introduction of the cadastre in an administrative territory. 6. Works to execute the cadastre. 7. Completing the cadastral plans. Methods. 8. Calculation of the size of the surfaces. 9. Determination of the area with the electronic planimeter.

Learning outcomes:

The contents of the discipline are correlated with Law 7/1996, the law of cadastre and real estate advertising, so the students studying this discipline will have the role to carry out cadastral technical works and to make available to those interested at any time, real and complete data regarding real estate to contribute to: regulating the legal status of immovable property and their registration in the land book for real estate advertising, creating a fair basis for establishing the tax tax, legal identification of land resources, providing the necessary elements for drawing up studies and projects regarding systematization territory.
