The contents of the discipline are correlated with Law 7/1996, the law of cadastre and real estate advertising, so the students studying this discipline will have the role to carry out cadastral technical works and to make available to those interested at any time, real and complete data regarding real estate to contribute to: regulating the legal status of immovable property and their registration in the land book for real estate advertising, creating a fair basis for establishing the tax tax, legal identification of land resources, providing the necessary elements for drawing up studies and projects regarding systematization territory.
