Course aims:

To develop knowledge and understanding of the concepts, principles, and legal framework of evaluation and control in public administration
To build practical skills for applying evaluation and control methods, including planning, data analysis, and performance assessment in public institutions
To foster ethical and evidence-based decision-making by integrating transparency, accountability, and risk management into administrative processes.

Learning outcomes:

Development of theoretical and practical competencies regarding the mechanisms, tools, and procedures of evaluation and control in public administration, with the aim of ensuring the efficiency, transparency, and legality of the administrative process.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Final Written Exam - understanding of key theoretical concepts and Seminar Project and Participation -the ability to apply theoretical knowledge to real administrative contexts
