Studying the subject offers law students the opportunity to understand the connection between the social behaviors of individuals (citizens or stateless persons) in relation to other citizens with the administration and taking into account the applicable legal rules, including the need for new rules to regulate new situations and unregulated.
Use of specialized language and legal logic tools to explain and interpret concepts and theories specific to the field of political science.
Applying group relationship techniques, learning and exercising specific roles in teamwork, by developing interpersonal communication skills.

Lecture, conversation, exemplification.
The use of the legislation in force in the analysis of legal situations and the appropriate framing of social phenomena in the legal norm. The correct identification of the regulations in force and the use of legal reasoning, with their capitalization in professional communication. Explaining and interpreting the way in which the legal phenomenon intersects with the factual situations. Making the correct and reasoned selection between several solutions that can be given to a factual situation.
The examination consisting of 3 questions.Every answer generates 3 points + one point ex officio = 10 points x 0.8, results grade 8.00 for theoretical knowledge.Participation in seminars, debates, articles can bring up to 10 points.
