Course aims:

To analyze the causes for which such manifestations have appeared over time, with a deeper or more low intensity

To identify and present the causes of acts of violence manifested in the name of religion over time, but more chosen in contemporary times in different parts of the world.

14. Authentic Agapic Christian theology at beginning of the third millennium

Lecture, debate, presentation.

Learning outcomes:

The discipline aims to present the religious extremism of any nuance present in contemporary society, the way violent manifestation of it, as well as the alternative authenticity of an agapic, solidary and empathetic, both in the Christian environment and in other religions.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Oral exam 70% and implication in seminar 30%
