Course contents:

1. Topographic calculations specific to cadastral activity (Technical side of cadastral). 2. Detachment of surfaces. 3. Qualitative side of the cadastre. 4. The legal side of the cadastre. 5. Types of cadastral documentation, their content and how they are prepared. 6. Carrying out systematic cadastre works and listing the buildings in the land book. 7. Use of the integrated system of cadastre and real estate advertising.

Learning outcomes:

The contents of the discipline are correlated with Law 7/1996, the Law of Cadastre and real estate advertising, respectively with Order no. 700 of July 9, 2014 regarding the approval of the Regulations for the approval, reception and registration in the cadastre and land book records. Thus, the students studying this discipline will have the role of executing cadastral documentation in order to register in the cadastral and land book records of the buildings on the territory of Romania.
