Course aims:
- knowing, understanding and a correct using of fundamental ideas concerning concepts specific to Real estate management;
- knowing of basic problems and concepts that Real estate management is operating;
- knowing the ways of organizing, structuring and data modeling specific to Real estate management.

Course contents:
1. Real estate management. Generalities
2. Basic concepts regarding real estate management. The concept of real estate management or real estate management. The concept of real estate analysis and management
3. Organizational forms of enterprises that perform works of introduction and maintenance of the real estate cadastre. Forms of organizing the activity regarding the works of introduction and maintenance of the real estate cadastre
4. Identification and classification of the types of geodesic, topo-photogrammetric and cartographic works executed at the introduction and maintenance of the real estate cadastre
5. Parameters used in programming and organizing real estate cadastre works
6. Methods of programming the execution of real estate cadastre works
7. The life cycle of the property market
8. Urban policy. Urban space and its influence on the building
9. Real estate management in the process of reproduction
10. The products of the real estate market. Types of real estate Property Management & Real Estate Asset Management
11. Management of investment projects in real estate. Phases and structure of the investment project

14. The management of the real estate portfolio

Learning outcomes:
• to accustom students with terminology, methods, equipment and instruments specific of this discipline;
• to give students the basics concepts needed to achieve a work of real estate management in accordance with current legislation;
• understanding of issues they will encounter in their future profession.
Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:
Written exam – 60%; Portfolio of practical work – 40%.
