9 The phenomenon of diffusion of architectural types spread through missionary activity of the pilgrim monks who lived in the monasteries from rocks (cave churches).

Learning outcomes:

Preparing the student to observe, analyze and comment intercultural, interethnic, interfaith and influences interreligious in the art and architecture of the Carpathians, in the way objective, through the use of scientific means and methods, moving away from subjective comments.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – 70%; essay 20%, continuous assessment – 10%.
