Course aims:

The objectives of the discipline aim to know the basic problems and concepts with which the real estate cadastre operates, the ways of organizing, structuring and modeling the specific data, and the purpose is to carry out a work to introduce the real estate cadastre on an administrative territory.

1. The general cadastre; 2. Cadastre of urban areas; 3. The correlation of the works of urban cadastre with the general cadastre; 4. Neighborhoods in the cadastre; 5. Content of the information specific to the urban cadastre; 6. Successive operations in the works of introduction of the urban cadastre 7. Realization of the geodetic support network; 8. Delimitation of the city; 9. Execution of cadastral measurements in localities; 10. Maintenance of real estate cadastre works; 11. Categories and subcategories of land use; 12. Cadastral record; 13. Execution of the topo-cadastre judicial technical expertise; 14. Carrying out the extra-judicial topo-cadastre expertise.
