Course aims:

The objectives of the discipline follow, the knowledge of the methods of valuation of the buildings and their proper application for each objective separately. The final product of the real estate appraisal activity will consist in the elaboration of the related appraisal report.
Specific objectives • applying the evaluation methods specific to a certain objective; • drawing up an evaluation report.
