Course aims:
To accumulate theoretical and practical notions that define the discipline
To develop the capacity to assimilate the theoretical and practical knowledge in order to apply kinetotherapeutic methods used in neuromotor rehabilitation
To be able to carry out teaching and research activities in optimal conditions.

Course contents:
Introduction to the Nervous System - 2 hours; 2. - Motor control. Motor control stages. Muscle control. Coordination. Spinal cord control - 2 hours; 3. Reflex arc Receivers - 2 hours; 4. Ischemic strokes - 2 hours; 5. Stroke assessment and monitoring scales / tests - 2 hours; 6. Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation techniques in stroke - 2 hours; 7. Gait re-education of the stroke patient's - 2 hours; 8. Spinal cord diseases - 2 hours; 9. Physiotherapy of vertebromedullary traumas - 2 hours; 10. Kinetic recovery programs in Parkinson's disease - 2 hours; 11. Kinetic recovery programs in multiple sclerosis - 2 hours; 12.Kinetic recovery programs in brachial plexus paralysis - 2 hours; 13.Cranial nerve disorders - 2 hours; 14.Recovery in congenital neurological disorders in children - 2 hours

Interactive lecture, PP presentation, video exemplifications, discussions, practical rehabilitation programs
Learning outcomes:
Students should be able, after attending this course, to have theoretical and practical knowledge in neuro-motor reeducation to carry out an objective evaluation and an rehabilitation program on their own.
Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:
Seminar - Final evaluation - Grade for attending the seminars and present a practical video - 50% from the final grade.
