Course aims:

Advising legislative officials on the formulation of new laws or the considerations of legislative acts.
Providing legal advice, compiling legal documents, and advising on court decisions.
Demonstrating initiative, taking responsability, calculating probability, analytical thinking and adapting to change.

Learning outcomes:

Minimum performance standard - minimum grade of 5.

The exam score must be  passing grade (minimum 5), regardless of the grade obtained in the practical assessment (knowledge, presentation, and correct explanation of concepts and notions specific to the field of activity).

The final score (average), obtained by adding the results of the written assessment and the practical work assessment, must be a passing grade (minimum 5).
