Course aims:

The course deals with the fundamentals of electronic devices, starting from the physics of semiconductor materials to electronic devices.
All types of electronic devices currently in use are treated based on the theory of PN junction or the field effect.
The main circuits schematic and operation modes are presented and explained

Introduction. Course objectives description. Amplification stages with a transistor Frequency response of transistor amplifiers Power sources and mirrors Reaction. Negative reaction. Positive reaction Voltage stabilizers Stabilizers with integrated circuits. Stabilizers in switching Sinusoidal oscillators. LC oscillators Non-sinusoidal generators Timer 555 Class AB and B power amplifiers Power amplifiers Class AB. Class D amplifiers Operational amplifiers. Applications with AO.

Learning outcomes:

The discipline taught is closely related to the demands of the companies on the labor market, through its course the future engineer becomes familiar with the requirements of operation and design for the basic devices and circuits of the electronic equipment, and the demand of specialized specialists is increased, the automotive industry being strongly represented in the area (Continental, Bosch, Autoliv, NTT Data)
