Course aims:

The objective is to enhance students' comprehension of fundamental concepts and mechanisms related to the development of social relationships, the functioning of social entities, and the progression of essential social processes.
Students will assimilate the appropriate theoretical framework for the sociological examination of the human resources field.
Empower students to distinguish between the sociological approach to human resources and common-sense perspectives.
Comprehend the sociological dimension of human resource development and be able to compare and evaluate the statuses and social roles involved in the human resources domain.

Written paper –– 60%; continuous assessment – 40%.
