This course is intended to introduce students to the issue of labor relations and the analysis of the labor market from the perspective of gender differences.

Ensure gender equality in the workplace: Develop a fair and transparent strategy, focused on maintaining equality in terms of promotion, remuneration, training opportunities, flexible work and family support. Facilitate access to the labour market: Improve people's chances of finding a job by analysing the qualifications and interpersonal skills required, through training and development programmes, workshops or employment projects.
