- the objectives of the discipline aim to know the basic problems and concepts with which the management of the areas affected by mining operations operates, the ways of organizing, structuring and modeling the data specific to this discipline;

Course contents:

1. Introduction. Main aspects regarding the field of cadastre activity. 2. Analysis of the general and mining cadastral system. Basic aspects of the cadastre. 3. Basic aspects of the information system specific to the mining domain as an integral part of the cadastre. 4. Delimitation and inventory of land that comes into use of mining units. The cadastral plan for the mining cadastre. 5. The legislative and organizational framework of the mining cadastre (extractive). 6. Composition of mining books. 7. Principles governing mining rights. Geometry of mining perimeters. 8. Analysis of the mining activity and introduction of the mining cadastre. The objectives of the mining topography activity. Structure and organization of the mining survey activity. Mining topographic documentation. 9. Maps and surface plans. Plans for the underground. Fundamental plans. Work plans. Written documents. Mining topographic database in digital format. 10. The act of management of the mining activity. Organization chart of mining units. Organization and management of existing activities in the organization chart. 11. The efficiency of the decision-making system in the management of mining activities and of the areas affected by mining operations. 12. The contribution of the information system in the elaboration of the management document. 13. Development of the mining cadastre through the realization of the spatial database and attribute (related to the areas affected by mining operations). 14. Methods and techniques for obtaining spatial data for mining and underground surfaces.
