Students will learn the basic concepts of business management.
Students will learn effective management tools.
Students will learn how to properly use effective management tools for running businesses.

1. Basic concepts of business management; 2. Entrepreneurial management and intrapreneurial management; 3. Company management culture; 4. Identifying, initiating and planning a business; 5. Developing a business plan; 6. Sources of financing for businesses; 7. Negotiation strategies and techniques; 8. Marketing for business development; 9. Supply and sales management.
Lectures, Case studies, Discussions, Hands-on drills
Students will acquire theoretical and practical aspects of business management; Students will learn concepts, relationships, strategies, techniques and procedures that are specific for business management and that are applicable to their current/future professions and business endeavors; Students will develop specific work skills and will learn how to use systematic management tools within economic units.
Written exam – 70%; Practical work during semester – 30%.
