Part I. Introductory aspects on legal protection of human rights universally Chapter I. Introduction. International law rights Chapter II. The protection of human rights within the United Nations Part II. European system of human rights protection - institutions, principles, mechanism of protection Chapter I. History. Council of Europe Chapter II. The catalogue of rights guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights and its Protocols Chapter III. Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – interpretative essay – 80%; continuous assessment – 20%.
