Aims

1. Development of motor qualities;

2. Awareness by students of the importance of practicing physical exercise and sports for a good mood and positive mood in order to carry out all daily activities.

3. Knowledge of the relationship between heart rate and adaptation to effort;

Course contents

1. Development by specific means of strength and muscles of the lower limbs – 8 hours
2. Development by specific means of strength and muscles of the upper limbs – 8 hours
3. Development by specific means of strength and abdominal muscles – 4 hours
4. Development by specific means of strength and back muscles – 8 hours

 

Learning outcomes

    Students will be considered present and accepted at physical education classes only if they have adequate sports equipment, different from the street one. It is also not tolerated the delay of students in classes and their access to practical works after the beginning of the courses.

 

Assessment

It is necessary a minimum of 7 present at the seminars in order to be able to take the practical test of final evaluation.
