• Developing the capacity for knowledge, understanding, explanation and interpretation of the notions of administrative law as well as the manifestation of the administrative phenomenon, with all its implications. • Understanding and knowing the basics of administrative law, the principles of public administration, the general theory of public administration of the organization and functioning of public administrative

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – interpretative essay – 90%; continuous assessment – 10%.
