Course aims:

Estimative determination of the values of real estate, using specific valuation methods correlated with the topographic cadastre.
Knowledge of specific terminology and methods of resolution.
Knowledge of the necessary steps to prepare Expertise Reports for the evaluation of real estate.
Knowledge of the object, of the areas of foundation and of the applicability of the rules of real estate evaluation.

General principles regarding evaluation Foundation of evaluation methods Direct comparison method Cost method Yield methods Criteria regarding the establishment and evaluation of land and buildings The content of the topographic documentation used in the valuation of real estate Evaluation report Land evaluation Evaluation of constructions

Teaching methods:

Lecture, discussions and presentations.

Learning outcomes:

Knowledge of the object, the areas of foundation and applicability of the rules of real estate valuation; Drawing up an valuation report.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Final evaluation- Written paper - 60 %, continuous assessment – 40%.
