The use of integrated conceptual and methodological criteria, under conditions of incomplete information, in order to solve new theoretical and practical problems

There is no compulsory work placement in the course unit.
Cultural heritage management includes identification, interpretation, maintenance and preservation of cultural sites and aheritage assets, including intangible components heritage, such as traditional techniques and cultures or languages, together with the natural or anthropic framework in which they are located.The course is focusing on managging the cultural heritage in all of its forms like: monument buildings, archaeological sites, ethnohgraphical sites and houses and mobil patromonium artefacts. Behind the differentiation in approaches to heritage management are any numberof causes, some of which are quite specific for particular countries. There are, however, some more general sources of differentiation that can be comprised under three headings: law, language, and learning.The management of the cultural heritage consists of several phases: evaluation, risk reduction, conservation,restoration and interpretation.
