Analyzing the constituent elements of the state, as the main subject of Public international law, as well as the concrete way in which they fulfill their role of organizing society, in relation to the level of knowledge of humanity and the global and regional interests.
Analysis of the mechanisms that ensure the observance of the norms of Public international law, as well as of the concrete modalities of intervention of the international community when one of the subjects of Public international law does not respect principles, rules and law.
Comparative exposition of the conditions of validity of an international treaty with those of an internal contract.

1. Introduction to Public international law. 2.The territory in Public international law. Definition and composition of the territory State borders. The issue of territorial changes. The regime of international spaces. International rivers. International maritime channels. The law of the sea. Polar zones. Airspace and outer space. 3. Population. The legal regime of foreigners. Right of asylum, Expulsion and extradition .Refugees and displaced persons. 4. Law of treaties. 5. Peaceful settlement of disputes.The issue of territorial changes in contemporary international law. 6. The role of the resolutions of the international organizations in the formation of the norms of the public international law 7. Elements of state responsibility for illicit international conduct. 8. State liability for dangerous activities. 9. The legal personality of intergovernmental organizations. 10. The structure and functioning of international organizations. Acts /Documents of international organizations.
Presentation
Analyzing the constituent elements of the state, as well as the concrete way in which they fulfill their role of organizing society, in relation to the level of knowledge of humanity and the global and regional interests. Analysis of the mechanisms that ensure the observance of the norms of Public international law, as well as of the practical modalities of intervention of the international community when one of the subjects of Public international law does not respect its commitments assumed by the signed agreements.
