• to provide the minimum knowledge in what concerns the application of Romanian legislation, European legislation and other juridical internationals instruments
• to form a juridical thinking in what concerns public relationships
• to assimilate new juridical information interpretation, correlation, comparative studies of juridical institutions from national law, European law and others state law.
Introduction to international public law.
1. Concepts refearing to historical evolution of international law. 2. Comparision of international law and intern national law. 3. The essential principles provided in ONU Declaration and in Final Act 4. Regognition of the rebels in a civil war.of CSCE from Helsinki. 5. Position of individual in international law. 6. Juridical regim of Danube delta and its evolution. 7. Solving international dissagrement with ONU aid.
