Course aims:

To make proper use of the terminology specific to primary and pre-school education in various contexts;
Propose new opportunities to tackle educational methods and processes in terms of developing training strategies;
Select and apply the methods of educational strategies specific to primary and pre-school education;

Course Entry Requirements:

Basic knowledge in the field of pedagogy foundations during the first semester, through the study of the course support

Course contents:

Primary and pre-school education and - evolution and characteristics. The pedagogy of primary and pre-school education The aims of the training of children in the first years of life Getting to know the small child - the foundation of educational intervention Principles of educational activity carried out with children of young school age Curriculum in primary and pre-school education - principles of elaboration, characteristics, structure Didactic strategies specific to primary and pre-school education: methods, means and forms of organization Evaluation of the activities and results of the instructional-educational process in the education of young school-age children Designing, organizing and carrying out instructional-educational activities in kindergarten and in classes I-IV
