-To equip students with psychosociological principles and theories applied to human behaviour in organizations and work settings
-To help students to understand the development of industrial and organizational psychosociology in modern societies
-Understanding different aspects of scientific study of human behaviour in and related to the workplace to advance knowledge on the work well-being of employees and the economic well-being of work organizations.
