The aim of this field of study is to provide training for students in the banking profession, and training for a future scientific research. Issues related to banking strategies and techniques for financial performance management, to risk assessment and vulnerability of the credit institutions, and
The subject regarding the correlation between monetary policy strategies and the manner in which the central bank, in cooperation with other international institutions, help maintain financial stability, is also approached.
This course contributes to shaping and strengthening the managerial vision on banking activity, presenting both conceptual and methodological issues, and also quantitative measuring tools for the phenomena and risks referenced to in each chapter.
