Course aims:

The testament 7. The main wills 8. Limits of the right to dispose of property by legal acts succession 9. The right of inheritance option 10. Transmition of the succesoral patrimonium 11. Indivisibility and division of inheritance 12. Notary succession procedure . 13. Petition of heredity. 14. Revision
