Course aims:

The general objective of the discipline The objectives of the discipline aim to know the norms and regulations that govern the activity of cadastre and real estate management.
Specific objectives • Studying and learning the methodological norms in the field;• elaboration of specialized technical documentation;• critical, qualitative and quantitative analysis of information from different sources in order to elaborate solid arguments that can be the basis of the decision
• carrying out specific works based on cadastre.

1. Property rights and other real estate rights reflected in the fundamental law of the Romanian state and in the Romanian Civil Code 2. Heritage - definition of legal characters 3. The role of property rights in the development of the market economy 4. The forms and modalities of the property right 5. The contract (the convention as a way of acquiring the property right) 6. Law no. 133 of 2012 for the approval of the GEO no.64 of 2010 regarding the modification and completion of the Law on cadastre and real estate advertising no. 7 of 1996 7. Ordering no. 10 / 21.01.2000 regarding the activity of carrying out and verifying the specialized works in the fields of cadastre, geodesy and cartography by the natural and legal persons authorized in the territory of Romania 8. Order 700/2014 Order of the Director General of ANCPI no. 700 / 09.07.2014 regarding the approval of the Regulation of approval, reception and registration in the cadastre and land book records 9. Order no.107 of 29.03.2010 for the approval of the Regulation regarding the authorization or recognition of the authorization of natural or legal persons 10. Order no. 1/2014 - Technical specifications for works of systematic registration of buildings in the integrated system of cadastre and land book 11. Law no. 247/2005 regarding the reform in the fields of property and justice, as well as some adjacent measures 12. Law no. 165 from 2013 regarding the measures for completing the process of restitution, in nature or equivalent, of the buildings taken over abusively during the communist regime in Romania 13.
