To acquire the notions, basic concepts and legislation specific to employment policy
To have knowledge regarding the monitoring and evaluation of the intervention process at individual or group level
Analyze significant data to characterize the social problems faced by jobseekers
Recognize and intervene specialized in risk situations

11. Labor assistance and protection services at the level of the labor market
12. Mediation in the field of work
13. Ways of placing the workforce
14. Professional qualification and requalification
