Career counseling and guidance contributes to career planning by focusing mainly on: identifying professional interests and skills through specific testing; assistance in creating job search tools: CV, cover letter; preparation for a job interview; support in making career decisions and creating a personalized plan; identifying opportunities to develop the skills and competencies needed in the labor market.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper –– 60%; project assessment – 40%.
