Course aims:

1. Knowledge of the fundamental concepts of management and their application to the specifics of class / group management;
2. Training skills in designing, implementing and evaluating class / group management systems and methods;
3. Formation of critical thinking, strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions.

Topic 1: General issues of student and classroom management
Topic 2: Dimensions of student / group classroom management
Topic 3: Classroom management - effective strategies, applications 
Topic 4: Educational interactions in the classroom
Theme 5: Social-affective relations and influential relations
Topic 6: Managing educational crisis situations in the students classroom/ group of children

Teaching methods:

Exposition, description, demonstrative example, debate

Learning outcomes:

Designing training or educational programs for primary and preschool education.
The managerial approach of the group of preschoolers / small schoolchildren, of the educational process and of the activities of
age-specific learning / social integration of the target group
Counseling, guidance and psycho-pedagogical assistance of various categories of people / educational groups
(preschoolers, toddlers / students, families, teachers, employees, etc.)

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

60% written paper, 40% seminar work
