Students will:
Understand and apply the principles of effective motivation in the field of human resources
To learn the skills to apply the theories and models learned to concrete situations in the organizational field, as well as to design ways of diagnosis and intervention in organizations.
Acquire skills to recruit and motivate adults involved in work processes
To acquire skills in understanding the recruitment and motivation needs of human resources
