Course aims:

Familiarize students with the main psychological theories in the field of counseling and career guidance, with emphasis on some application dimensions regarding the career development process and making vocational decisions.
Acquiring knowledge and skills for personal development and career planning.
Design of educational counseling programs adapted for different age / training levels
Counseling, guidance and psycho-pedagogical assistance of various educational groups (preschool / small school / pupils, families).

Knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for the counseling activity of students and family. The ability to work with dynamic, creative and strategic thinking models.
