Course aims:

Description of concepts, theories, paradigms and methodologies used in the legal field, use of specialized legal language, written and oral, and legal logic tools to explain, interpret and evaluate concepts and theories specific to the field of law, and develop arguments specific to the field.
Applying the necessary knowledge in collecting data and information related to a concrete legal issue.
The use of the legislation in the analysis of the legal situations, in their correct framing from the legal point of view and in their solution.

Course contents:

The activity may consist of: actions to acquire the activities carried out within certain authorities or institutions that operate with legal reports specific to private law (courts, law firm, notary office, etc.). If the situation does not allow the development of the activity, the master student will prepare the practice portfolio based on the analysis and interpretation of some practical situations (cases).
