Course aims:

Knowledge of the concepts and methodology of managing the financial flows of the enterprise, the results and the associated risks
Practical skills in using company resource management tools
Mastering the techniques of financing, placement, investments, analysis and risk control

1.Theoretical aspects regarding the financial management of the enterprise 2. Capital investment management 3. Financial management of the operating cycle 4. Treasury management 5.Performance management

Lecture, Presentation, Discussions.

Learning outcomes:

Training and development of student abilitys to use methods, procedures and techniques of financial management of capital within companies to substantiate managerial decisions

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written test examination - 80%, Verification during the semester - 20%.
