Course aims:

Acquiring knowledge and skills in the field of educational project management, in order to use them in teaching
To use appropriately in professional communication concepts, theories and basic methods specific to the management of educational projects.
To analyze critically and constructively the legislative, administrative and curricular documents, identifying the fundamental landmarks for the design, implementation and evaluation of educational projects
To elaborate an educational project, respecting the elaboration methodology required by the program.
To develop the skills of teamwork and presentation of the main concepts characteristic of the management of educational projects.

1. Educational management. Project Management. 2. The stages of elaborating an educational project. The life cycle of an educational project. 3. Principles of elaboration of educational projects. Tools used in the elaboration and management of educational projects. 4. Establishing objectives and strategy for educational projects. 5. Project implementation. Establishing the target group and project activities. 6. Operational planning. Budget realization and cost estimation. 7. Contracting and procurement within projects. 8. Identification and management of risks in educational projects. 9. Resource management in educational projects. 10. Categories of educational programs and projects. 11. Project management. Accessing funding sources for educational projects. 12. Control and monitoring of educational projects. Internal and external evaluation of educational projects. 13. Quality management of educational projects. 14. Evaluation of the impact of educational projects. Good practices in the design and management of educational projects.
