• Introduction in Civil Law. • Historical Evolution of Civil Law. • Delimitation between Civil Law and other legal brenches. • Principles of Civil Law. • The rivers of Civil Law. • Civil Law Relations. • Elements of Civil Law Relations. • The Content of Civil Law Relations. • The civil obligation and the object of Civil Law Relations. • Civil Law juridical act. • Modalities and the effects of civil juridical act. • The nullity of civil juridical act. • Extinctive Prescription. • The term and the extinguishing prescription

• retrieval of written sources on the civil law; • establishing the theoretical and practical issues in connection with the civil law;

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – interpretative essay – 60%; continuous assessment – 40%.
