Course aims:

Initiation students into the specific feature of assisted instruction's role in educational activities.
Accommodating students with the features of educational software use.

Course contents:

1. Use of new information and communication technologies 2. Terminology and contexts regarding the use of ICT in education 3. From cybernetics to computer training 4. ICT typology 5. Conceptualizations and possibilities of integrating ICT in the modern lesson 6. Educational evaluation using ICT

Teaching methods:

Lecture, conversation, exemplification.

Learning outcomes:

Planning some programs of instruction or some educational programs for different age/study level and different target group. Use of effective methods and techniques for lifelong learning, for training and continuing the professional development.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – interpretative essay – 60%; continuous assessment – 30%; participation / score and office – 10%.
