Understand legal concepts by a logical manner
Use of the legal language in the elaboration of professional projects
Use of acquired legal knowledge in order to solve situations through a fair legal solution

Learning outcomes:

By the end of the course, students will be able to understand and apply procedural rules governing contentious proceedings, counterclaims, evidence, procedural exceptions, and deliberation. They will be able to analyze and solve procedural issues related to appeals and extraordinary remedies, use legal reasoning to draft procedural acts, and apply national and EU standards in procedural contexts.
