Theoretical and practical acquisition of notions related to the main anatomical elements of the musculoskeletal system, in particular and the human body in general.
The ability to perform the joint balance at the joints of the upper limb, lower limb and spine
The course aims to ensure the acquisition by students of fundamental notions on human anatomy, microscopic and macroscopic structure of the human body, both as a whole and analytically on devices and systems, with emphasis on the anatomy of the musculoskeletal system

1. Anatomical position, anatomical planes; specific terminology. Regions of the human body and their segments. Head and torso skeleton. - 2 hours 2. Skeleton of the upper and lower limbs. - 2 hours 3. Joints: classification and structure of diarthrosis; anatomy of the main diarthrosis. - 2 hours 4. Skeletal striated muscles: head and torso muscles. - 2 hours 5. Upper and lower limb muscles. - 2 hours 6. Central and peripheral nervous system. Cardiovascular system. Respiratory system. - 2 hours 7. Digestive, endocrine, excretory, reproductive system. Analyzers. - 2 hours 8. Description from the biomechanical point of view of the main movements of the body in space. - 2 hours 9. Biomechanical description of some gymnastics exercises. - 2 hours 10. Biomechanical description of different swimming styles, kayaking and rowing movements. - 2 hours 11. Biomechanical description of the main movements in sports games. - 2 hours 12. Practical performance of the joint balance at the level of the upper limb: scapular-humeral joint, elbow joint and hand joints. - 2 hours 13. Practical performance of the articular balance of the lower limb: the hip joint, the knee joint and the leg joints. - 2 hours 14. Anatomical description of the joints in the cervical spine, lumbar spine and practical assessment. - 2 hours
