• Knowledge influences the practice of exercise and sport on the body, requirements for independent practice of physical exercises; • Knowledge of the relationship between heart rate and adaptation to effort; • Ensuring disconnection factor compensation and professional balance psihomotric good mood through movement.

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Practical exam – 50%; continuous assessment during semester – 50%.
