Basic medical terminology. Polysemy and homonymy – 2h
Verbal categories (tense, mood, aspect) – 2h
Nominal categories (determiners, nouns, adjectives, substitutes) – 2h
Lexicology and vocabulary. Word formation. Abbreviation (clipping and acronyms) – 2h
Syntax of complex sentences (object clauses, adverbial clauses). Modal constraints in subordinate clauses – 2h
Introduction to general correspondence. Standard formulas. Basic elements of the official letter. Forms and templates – 2h
Oral communication and presentation. Language functions / standard formulas. Synonymy and antonymy – 2h
Lecture, conversation, exemplification.
Effective use of information sources and communication/professional training resources (Internet portals, specialized software applications, databases, online courses, etc.) both in Romanian and in an international language.
