OFFENSES AGAINST THE PERSON: murder (article 188), aggravated murder (article 189), killing upon request by the victim (article 190), determining or facilitating suicide (article 191), manslaughter (article 192), battery and other acts of violence (article 193), bodily harm (article 194), battery and bodily harm causing death (article 195), culpable bodily harm (article 196), ill treatments applied to underage persons (article 197), domestic violence (article 199), killing or harming a newly-born baby by their mother (article 200), termination of pregnancy (article 201), harming the fetus (article 202), unlawful deprivation of liberty (article 205), threats (article 206), blackmail (article 207), harassment (article 208), rape (article 218), sexual assault (article 219), sexual intercourse with a minor (article 220), sexual corruption of minors (article 221), recruitment of minors for sexual purposes (article 222), sexual harassment (article 223), trespassing (article 224), violation of professional headquarters (article 225), violation of privacy (article 226).
