Course aims:

Understand and apply the principles of project management
To acquire the necessary personal development skills necessary in the activities of the adults involved in the elaboration and implementation of the projects
To acquire skills regarding the choice of the optimal strategy for the development of organizations through projects
Know the principles of European-funded project development
