to use correctly and in various contexts the specific terminology in the psycho-pedagogy of early education and small schooling, from the perspective of educational alternatives;
to identify specific teaching methodologies for the educational alternatives used in Romania and in the European countries;
to propose new opportunities for addressing educational alternatives in the teaching process, in general, and in early education and in small schooling, in particular;
to select and apply the methods of teaching strategies specific to each educational alternative for early education and small schooling;
to build educational projects, based on coherent didactic strategies, which stimulate the integral development of children's personality;
• Basic knowledge in the field of didactics of preschool education and of the small schooling acquired during the degree studies, through professional experience and / or in non-formal or informal learning contexts.
