Course aims:

Description and deepening of concepts, methodologies and procedures specific to criminal and forensic sciences
Establishing actions, tasks and responsibilities for solving problems specific to criminal sciences and forensics
Acquiring the ability to identify and describe the concepts, methodologies and procedures specific to the activity of criminal sciences and forensics

Title IV Application and execution of penalties

Lecture, conversation, exemplification.

Appropriate legal framework, resolution of legal issues. 

Learning outcomes verification and assessment criteria:

Written paper – interpretative essay – 80%; continuous assessment – 20%.
