Types of Research: Fundamental vs. applied Ethics of research in the field of human resources Scientific research methodology Stages of the research process, Formulation of the research problem and objectives, Hypotheses and variables in HR studies, Research design, Exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and predictive research Choosing the right design for HR studies (case study, survey, experiment, etc.)
Data sources and types of data in HR research Primary and secondary data, Internal sources (organizational databases) and external sources (statistics, reports)
Quantitative research methods, Surveys, questionnaires and measurement of variables Construction of research instruments (Likert scales, items, validity, fidelity)
