Aims

Bioelectrical measurements are introduced and magnetic key in vivo, the processing of extracting the noise and extract specific features, and electrical stimulation of tissues, knowledge of basic principles of physiology biosignals, medical signal measurement principles.

-Acquiring knowledge of medical signal acquisition: transducer, conditioning system, signal amplification and display.

-Knowledge of the operating principles of electronic medical devices for clinical diagnosis: EKG, EMG, EEG, operating principles of electronic medical devices for laboratory analysis, methods of protection in electronic medical devices.

Assessment

Write examn 40%, Projects/Assignments –40%; continuous assessment – 20%.
