Course aims:

To acquire knowledge on the analysis, implementation and evaluation of a strategy in a public organization by analyzing the impact of internal and external factors via sociological research methods
To use organizational skills by developing individual and team projects
To apply the concepts of strategic management in given practical situations

Students will acquire knowledge on strategies and strategic management in public organizations in order to develop the necessary decision-making and organizational skills needed in their future professional activities.
